American Credit Counselors (ACC) is a non-profit company providing money management education, confidential budget, credit, and debt counseling, and debt repayment plans for both individuals and families. Our website is directed toward providing adults with accurate information and direction in their attempts to obtain competent financial counseling. |

Collection and Use of Personal Information |

You can visit our website without revealing any personal information about yourself or telling us who you are. We do not collect personal information, such as your name, address, phone number, or email address, while you browse. In that case, several types of personal information are gathered for use in your confidential counseling session with one of our certified counselors. Confidential information collected on the Confidential Online Application includes name, address, telephone number, social security number, employment information and creditor information, including account numbers.
